Listed below are some common questions we get asked in regards to our services. Should you have any individual questions you would like to discuss, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we shall respond as quickly as possible. Please note that the initial consultation is also a good opportunity for you to discuss your goals with your personal trainer 🙂

Are there any hidden fees or contracts?

We have no hidden fees or contracts, upfront fees, no joining fees and no cancelation fees. Your personal training sessions will run on a week to week basis and your payments will come through via direct debit for the duration of your training. Once your personal training sessions stop, your payments stop as well. There is no minimum or maximum term for personal training, although we do prefer to run in 6-week blocks.

Do I need to become a member to train with Senic fitness?

No, you do not need to become a member although in order to use the facilities you will be required to sign a membership. Gym contracts run on a month to month basis. If you do not wish to use the gym, personal training sessions may take place outside of the gym in one of our surrounding parks and great locations for outdoor training.

Will I be required to train on my own?

Once we sit down and discuss a short-term plan to kickstart your fitness goals, we can discuss training frequency and duration. Every client is individual and requires a different training program. Some clients train once per week some train every day, it all depends on the person.

I have injuries can I still train?

Yes. Your training sessions will be tailored to suit your fitness level and body condition. We will work with you at a safe pace to ensure you reach your goals in the safest possible way.
