Strength Training

Need a spot for a super heavy lift that you've been wanting to PB on, or looking for someone to introduce you to weight training. Easy! Done! I've got the muscles to save you during your big lifts and the skill to show you how to get the best activation and contraction with the smaller weights too!

Boxing

Sick of the HIIT classes disguised as Boxing sessions! You'll be hitting the pads with a little bit of a cardio break in between rather than doing a billion burpees and two jabs! If you'd like to learn a new skill, get in a good cardio workout or get strong with boxing and learn self-defence this is for you!
Pads provided, you just worry about showing up!

Nutrition Coaching

Take your body to that next level. Ongoing weekly nutrition coaching and accountability. Let's work together each week to ensure you stay on track. This service is available to Personal training clients as an add on or for anyone needing Nutrition only coaching. Remember, what you eat in private, you wear in public. Diet is everything!

Once of Programming

Complete 7 - day customised meal plan & supplement plan OR Complete strength training program.
Meet for 1 in gym session, so I can get to know you and I will design a once-off paid program for you to do solo. You might like to check in every 3 months for a new program and a chat about your goals!
